"My initial call was answered promptly by a friendly human being. It was mid-afternoon, and Duncan & Duncan apologized for not having anyone available until the following morning. (My job was not an emergency.) He gave me a 9am – noon window. The company called at about 11am to say the technician would be here in 20 minutes, and he was.

The tech was smart, helpful, confirmed the problem, quoted me a price for the repair and, once I had agreed, completed the repair on the spot, with parts from his large, well-equipped truck.

As others have said, Duncan & Duncan may be a little more expensive than some, but it was done right, on estimate, in a single visit."
